Congratulations! You have been scheduled for 1:1 meeting(s) at the Plug and Play Detroit Summit- powered by PlanetM on July 11th, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. . You will find your meeting schedule attached to this email. A few things to note:

Registration:

Please have each member from your team complete the registration here: https://planetm.connect.space/...

Mobile App:

We have a free mobile application for you to use to keep track of the agenda and individual meetings for the summit. Please search "PlanetM" in the Google Play or App Store and use your login information from Connect Space. You can use the app to view other attendees, schedule meetings and view the agenda for the day.

Parking:

You're able to park in the Henry West Parking Garage for the summit at a discounted rate.(128 W Fisher Service Dr, Detroit, MI 48201)

Check-In:

Please check in for your meeting located on the second floor outside Heritage Hall prior to your meeting. If your meeting begins at 1:15 p.m., be sure to make your way up to check-in about 10 minutes before your meeting time.

Timing:

These meetings are 20 minutes in length, and due to tight schedules, the staff will be doing their best to ensure each person has their dedicated time for each meeting. This may mean we may gently interrupt your meeting to stay on schedule. You will have an opportunity to continue conversations at the reception following 1:1 meetings.

Alternates:

Because of the high demand for some meetings, we weren't able to accommodate all of the requests. As such, you may download our mobile application by visiting the app store or google play store and searching "PlanetM". Using your login information you will be able to view your meeting schedule and also view the requests that we weren't able to accommodate. Feel free to use the app to connect with others before and after the event, and to view the presentations and recordings from the morning session.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend your meetings, please contact Bobby Chasnis (Chasnisr@michigan.org) with which meetings you will not make.

Dress Code:

Business Casual or whatever you feel comfortable doing business in. If you have company branded attire, feel free to wear it!
